Sugar Paste (Fondant) Rosa, 250 g
Fondant is good at stamping out motifs or modeling figures.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (shea and cocoa fat), water, humectant: glycerin; thickener: xanthan, sodium-carboxymethylcellulose; vanilla flavour, colour: cochineal; acidifier: citric acid.
May contain traces of nuts (almonds).
Weight: 250 g
Store the sugar paste at room temperature for approximately 2 hours before handling, and
then knead thoroughly. After processing, place the remaining sugar paste in an
airtight container and store in a dry place.
We recommended to powdering your worktop with our bakery starch.
Do not store in a refrigerator.
Do not combine with cream or similar products.
Not suitable for baking.
Please store dry and cool.
