Sugar Paste (Fondant) Pink, 250 g
Fondant also known as sugar paste is ready for use. Used for covering and decorating bakery products. Roll the fondant to the desired strength. Then cover your cakes with fondant.
Fondant is good at stamping out motifs or modeling figures.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (shea and cocoa fat), water, humectant: glycerin; thickener: xanthan, sodium-carboxymethylcellulose; natural flavour, colour: anthocyanins; acidifier: citric acid.
May contain traces of nuts (almonds).

Store the sugar paste at room temperature for approximately 2 hours before handling, and
then knead thoroughly. After processing, place the remaining sugar paste in an
airtight container and store in a dry place.
We recommended to powdering your worktop with our bakery starch.
Do not store in a refrigerator.
Do not combine with cream or similar products.
Not suitable for baking.
Please store dry and cool.
